Atropos Necklace

It was Atropos who chose the manner of death and ended the life of mortals by cutting their threads, and her power is honoured with the delicate bird bone motif. Atropos’ name, signifying unalterable, or inflexible, reflects her role in making the choices of her sisters irreversible or immutable.
This unique piece seamlessly blends mythological allure with modern genderless elegance, mixing hand fabricated chain with the bone as a reminder of mortality.

The necklace features a handmade chain of paperclip and belcher links, a swivel clasp and a fob of a cast tarsometatarsus.
The paperclip links are 21mm long, the fob is 28mm long and the clasp is 24mm long. The chain is 56cm long, including the clasp.

The price of each piece includes an eco friendly box, a polishing cloth and care instructions.
