Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 5 -7 days to process your order. Custom orders require 7 - 14 days for manufacture and processing. Expect an email within 7 days to let you know your order is on the way!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 7  days using Australia Post. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipping Australia. 

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to Australia. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries:
United States, United Kingdom, within Asia Pacific and Oceania. If you’re unsure as to whether we ship to you, please contact us at [email protected]

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. XYX Jewellery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
